Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven UK Regional Marketing Manager to help scale Mixpanel’s growth in the UK. Based out of our central London office, this role will report into the EMEA Marketing Lead.

As our UK Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the market to build a local strategy that drives growth through marketing activities executed across all stages of the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, is detail-oriented but operates with a sense of urgency, and brings a positive, self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand key market opportunities and customer needs/preferences in the UK.
  • Build a region-specific plan, in collaboration with GTM counterparts, to drive growth in the UK. Maintain a tight feedback loop on performance.
  • Own and execute programs including events, digital campaigns, partner activities, ABM, and community outreach to drive new business and retention in the UK.
  • Support strategic selling initiatives including collateral creation and enablement.
  • Identify new channels for marketing activities, experiments and scale winners.
  • Analyse and summarize the performance of campaigns and programs as well as overall region performance.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 4-6 years relevant marketing experience in EMEA
  • Is excellent at designing and executing demand generation activities, with a track record of delivering results
  • You’re known for (and love) being a good collaborator with sales and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm
  • You operate with a sense of urgency and hustle and have a high level of intellectual curiosity
  • Organised and detail-oriented, but adaptive to new learnings.
  • Has a solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
  • Familiar with using Excel, Google Sheets, etc. to analyze and summarize performance and learnings.

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, especially the analytic space, or a similarly technical B2B vertical
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Marketo, Wordpress and similar marketing tools
  • Specialisation in any of the following: on/offline events, partner marketing, customer retention/virality programs, or ABM
