Job Description

As the Director of Sales at Correlated, you will own our early go-to-market efforts by working to drive new logos using the product. This role is for someone who is passionate about B2B SaaS and specifically about the new trend of Product-Led Growth (PLG).

We're looking for someone who has experience selling at B2B SaaS companies, ideally a PLG company, and who can talk fluently about the challenges sales and marketing teams at those companies face.

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage both inbound leads and outbound sales to generate a pipeline and beat your goals.
  • Develop deep empathy for sales and marketing teams at B2B SaaS companies who experience the pain that Correlated solves by arming them with powerful product intent signals.
  • Work across company functions to drive deals to close.
  • Be a core team member and leader who contributes meaningfully to our company's culture.

We'd Love to Hear From if You:

  • Enjoy B2B SaaS sales at a fast-paced, early-stage startup
  • Have experience closing deals and a consistent track record of beating your quota.
  • Are comfortable generating pipelines and managing deals from lead to close.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a closing sales role at a B2B SaaS startup.
