Job Description

At Snowplow, we are projecting strong growth in 2021 and 2022 and are building on our already strong capabilities. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SEO Manager to join the Demand team and help deliver against our ambitious growth goals.
You will be responsible for shaping our overall SEO proposition, focusing on technical, on-site, and off-site requirements to deliver on our long-term SEO aspirations. You will work closely with our content, product marketing, and paid promotion stakeholders, developing a full understanding of appropriate themes, messaging, and intent to drive interest and lead opportunities across our online estate.
What you'll be doing
  • Work with the Head of Demand Generation to drive forward the SEO strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver in-depth SEO audits and recommendations to drive success
  • Work with our website team to improve our IA, developing key navigation and structure requirements to minimise user steps and ensure important content is easily accessible
  • Work with wider business stakeholders across technical/development, content to implement recommendations
  • Work with the wider team to target offsite opportunities as part of our marketing and PR campaigns
  • Insight based GAP analysis to ensure we are represented across all relevant business themes
  • Staying on top of SEO trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities, working at speed to gain a competitive advantage
  • Champion SEO internally and be the key stakeholder, ensuring it is considered across all relevant areas of the business

We'd love you hear from you if:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated SEO experience
  • You are comfortable formulating the strategy and implementing it where required
  • You are focused on results, data and have a high degree of business acumen
  • You know how to translate SEO impact into business objectives to gain buy-in
  • You have strong communication skills and have the ability to persuade people
  • You have strong organisational skills – good planner, are well organised and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively with excellent time management skills
  • You have worked in competitive search verticals and understand SEO requirements in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable with technical products and information to allow you to fully understand our space to ensure we are focusing on the right opportunities
